After reading about BLKBRD shoes online I had to buy a pair. The shoes came in nice (feel like cotton) shoe bags and with a nice natural horn shoehorn. They look great and after looking at every seam, all around the welt and inside, they are flawless. That can’t be said about most of the other shoes I’ve bought lately. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I had a tight timeline to get the shoes made and shipped to the US while I was on a trip there (Canadian taxes and duties otherwise are expensive). Pradeep answered all my questions before purchase and assured me the shoes could make it by a specific date. The shoes came exactly when I wanted them (2 days before the deadline I gave). Out of the box the shoes looked beautiful. The included shoe horn was a very nice touch. Initially, I thought the fit was slightly big. However, after I put the extra inserts in, they fit perfectly. Overall, I very happy about the quality and construction. The value proposition for this quality of shoe, as well as customization and fit, is outstanding. There is no doubt I will be a repeat customer.

Recvd my pair of shoes within 10 days. The shoes are well built and fit snugly. Just a couple shades darker than shown in pics. The leather quality seems good, beautiful grain pattern!
