Blackbird Shoes | Guarantee Policy

Every BLKBRD Shoe comes with a full refurbishment and repair warranty against any manufacturing defect and the Goodyear Welted construction. This Warranty is valid for a period of One year from the date of delivery. 
Post warranty period we offer a lifetime of sole replacement service, provided the shoes are in resole-able condition. The re-soling is chargeable depending upon the new welt and sole configuration you choose.

Since all our shoes are completely made of leather or other such naturally occurring material, the warranty does not include any damage to the shoes caused due to exposure to extreme heat or extremely moist/ wet conditions.

NOTE: Since leather is a natural material derived from the animal hides, it tends to retain its the natural characteristics such as vein marks, stretch marks, scuff marks, etc. throughout our tanning process. Hence their occurrence in our shoes should not considered as a defect.
