Beyond expectation

My Bemer, Quarter Brogue Oxford shoes arrived two weeks. The shoes came in their individual cloth bags, and also wrapped in paper. When I unboxed the shoe, the smell of the leather was the first thing I noticed. The fit was perfect and the design was impeccable. I am ordering my next pair in a few weeks. These are well crafted shoes and a steal of a deal.

Size is not what they say. Promised replacement but nothing

Sized smaller and narrower than claimed. Promised replacement but then disappeared. Maybe stick to boots?

Great shoes and Service, but fell short on minor things

I had purchased one of the pairs to be given as a gift to someone. Between the two pairs, I was sent just one shoehorn. I called up to check and I was promised it would be sent soon - it never arrived. For the premium price, seems to be cutting corners on a minor item considering competitors like Luxoro don't which I pointed out as well (had ordered two piars from Luxoro as well, both arrived with shoehorns and shoe cream). BLRBRD should rethink such stinting...
